AT3V is a consultancy firm specialised in the retail sector, and more specifically in fashion / luxury / cosmetics. Created in 2020, we partner with you in all your projects of evolution and transformation impacting your business processes, your organisation, as well as your information systems.

Our objective is to be as close as possible to you and to accompany you from the conception of your needs to the consolidation of your strategic vision, up to the support of your digital transformation. Our dual PO / PM skills enable us to provide advisory support, functional scoping, project management and change management services for your processes and systems.

Our strength: our team. It is made up of experts with between 10 and 20 years' experience and coming directly from the business, having already participated in transformation projects as key users, or coming from project management centres within IT departments. We put our cross-business knowledge and our transformation management expertise at the service of our clients.

Providing support and training is key to the success of any transformation, which is often accompanied by stress and frustration for the teams. We guide you through the change of processes and tools.

We master ERP and digital tools: ERP (Infor M3, Cegid Y2, Microsoft Business Central and Dynamics, Columbus, ...) as well as PLM tools (Centric, ...), pricing and sales planning (Anaplan), logistics tools (Manhattan, Reflex, ...), BI tools (PowerBI, Birst, ...), CRM (Salesforce), project management and monitoring (JIRA, DevOps) and e-commerce CMS (Shopify).

Strategy and Transformation

We accompany you in defining and building sustainable solutions for your transformation in an increasingly complex international context. We intervene as much in flash audits as in global and transverse support.
